We Will:
- Greet renters within 48 hours of their arrival.
- Be available to renters 24 hours a day.
- Perform a pre and post inspection of the home and property.
- Will coordinate with community watch to be the 1st contact for a concern.
- Obtain multiple estimates if repairs are needed.
Exterior Inspection:
- Windows/ Entry and Garage Doors
- Irrigation System
- Outdoor Lighting
- Treat Weeds
- Swimming pool water level
- Removal of Phone Books, Solicitation Material and landscaping debris
- Homeowners will receive weekly report of inspection findings, including pictures.
- Multi home Discounts.
